Help!! Boy problems!!?

Right, I'm 14 and never had a boyfriend, all my friends have and I feel behind especially as they are kissing and stuff. I don't feel Iike I can talk to my mum about it though. One of my ex best friends neighbours is super hot and i talk to him loads but never see him anymore cos im not friends with the friend anymore. But just before christmas i found out he fancied me but i said no for some stupid reason but wish i said yes! what should i do?
