Damn, those are some rich slaves! In all seriousness, the Cowboys organization will admit they don't seek players with high "character" (No, I'm not a 'boys fan), so why doesn't the Steelers franchise and its fan base just admit they are heavily flawed with character problems, instead of painting themselves as hard-working, blue-collar team that has fundamental values. How does Temp to Perm Work?

I've been getting work through a temporary employment agency for the past year and I lied about my job experience and references to get work from them. I've just finished and interview for a temp to perm position and was contacted by my agency ociate that I got the job. I need to know if they will check my phony references or will the just use my employment agency as a reference since they are buying me from them? Should I cut my losses now or go through with this. Also, I don't need any preaching about how lying on my resume is wrong, I needed the money for me and my 3 kids, I can do the work. I just need to know the steps a business goes through when they decide to hire a temp through a temp agency from someone who has been hired through a temp agency, or a company that regularly does this. I will report anyone who has stupid or idiotic remarks so don't even try it!

Is it safe to eat shrimp with the mud vain still in it?

When I buy shrimp I usually buy it raw uncooked with the shell on so I can peal them and de-vain them before I cook them? I was always told to remove the mud vein because its Shrimp SH*T.. Or shrimp feces? Well I purchased a box of SeaPak Pop Corn shrimp all ready cooked just heat and serve.. Well I warmed some up but before I tried them I got curios? So I pealed some of the coating off of a few of them and the mud vain was still in them? So I pealed the hole plate.. I found around 4 out of 30 that had the mud vain removed the rest still had the vein's left in them?? So my question is? Is it safe to eat these?? Is this a health issue?? Personally seeing those veins still in them grossed me out so I didn't eat any of them? The thought of eating cook shrimp SH*T just gave me sour stomach. Well my best friend is Lexie and her and I have been friends since the 8th grade, I was crying on the bus because I found out my first kiss cheated on me.. it was right before summer started.. so that summer we hung out and we just clicked. Why would a person of sound mind draft Cam Newton ahead of Patrick Peterson?

I don't think anyone can say 100% that Newton will be a bust because we have yet to see him play a down of football in the NFL. But there is a likelihood that he could be depending upon how he adjusts. The only judgement I will make about Newton is that his ego is not exactly one that would fit in the NFL. He has to have more humility if he wants a chance at NFL stardom. Right now that is the only thing holding him back not so much his talent. As far as Patrick Peterson is concerned, well the argument isn't so much about Peterson being better than Newton. They are in two different cles. The issue is, whether or not a team that needs a CB like the Cowboys or Broncos will take Peterson before another team can. Peterson is undoubtedly the best CB in the 1st round. So I think he will be a top 10 pick. This argument isn't about drafting Peterson ahead of Newton more so than it is about which team gets Peterson.

What does whipping cream look like?

I went to the store today in search of ingredients for homemade lasagna alfredo. I make the sauce homemade with whipping cream. The store had it for 1/2 off because it expires tomorrow, good deal I thought considering I was making it for dinner tonight. I got it home and opened it to find the top 1/2 inch or so is really thick, like ricotta cheese almost. Under that it is just thick milk. It might smell sour but I don't know. The Vikings might have done the same thing the Packers did with Aaron Rodgers, although a little differently. Provided Ponder was a huge reach and Aaron Rodgers a slide this is the scenario. The Vikings drafted Ponder as their QB od the future, but plan on leaving him to.learn on the bench for a few years. Instead they're going to sign Donovan McNabb to play a few years until Ponder is ready to finally take control. I feel like this a likely scenario for them that no one.saw coming. It's probably not a great scenario once you think about it because they'll be wasting time of Peterson's prime and have to rebuild an aging defense, but they made the Ponder pick, so I wouldn't put anything behind them.

Why can't I be like everyone else?

So, im a 13 year old boy. Just like everyone else, good sense of humor, smart. But there's one problem, i have acne. My life was awesome when i lived in Connecticut, i had tons of friends and I really liked this one girl...Emilie. Yes I had acne in ct but no one ever insulted me because they were my friends and they didn't point out the flaws that I had. They only cared about what a good friend I was. But then, with no notice, I moved to North Carolina, leaving my friends and Emilie. I now go to this stupid private school that is extremely strict ( my school in Connecticut was a public school and kids had a lot of freedom. It was also ranked one of the top 100 schools in america). And another negative thing about this school is that everyone there is mean and rude. Also, everyone keeps on pointing out that i have acne and it is lowering my self esteem ( don't tell me i'm being over selfish). Everyone is like: What's all that stuff on your face or Clean your face you fa**ot (people say that done here in nc, they also say gay a lot when it doesn't even make sense). But what these people dont understand is that I have tried everything to get a clean, respectable face. I've tried face wipes and proactive and creams, but nothing is working! As of right now I am on meds and morning and nighttime lotions that dry up my face and attack the acne. I have notice some improvement around my nose but its taken 2 months just clear up my nose. Well my best friend is Lexie and her and I have been friends since the 8th grade, I was crying on the bus because I found out my first kiss cheated on me.. it was right before summer started.. so that summer we hung out and we just clicked. I used to use secret deodorant but I quit recently because no matter what scent I used it always made my sweat smell terrible. I prefer smelling like sweat to smelling like that. When I'm concentrating on something, and I think of a random TV show episode in my head. Then, later when I turn on the TV, that episode is playing, or it is up next. Also, for an example, Victorious had that episode "sleep over at Sikowitz", and Cat is the 80's chick, and i looked her up on google images. Then i turn on the TV, and that episode is on. Why does my family not believe in me?

I really want to grow up and be involved with the performing arts. I'm 13 years old, and i don't want to go deeply into all the reasons why... but im majorley depressed, and i cut on my right arm from wrist to elbow.. i did it every day but i promised someone that i would stop, and even tho i havent cut for about 3 weeks... And ive been with maybe 5 or 6 people, never really feeling anything, but there was one guy.. ian... wen i moved here he was the only one to be nice and talk to me on my first day, and he walked me to my cles wen i got lost. over that year, over the summer, and 3 months into this year we became inseperable best friends.... then on october 18th, 2010, he asked me out... we spent all our time together, told eachother everything, i was slightly depressed from moving and he had been suicidal and depressed majorly since he was little... so we understood eachother, and we talked and helped eachother and since he was unstable, yes we would fight, we would have our bad days, but we helped eachother, we always loved eachother in the end. nomatter how big a fight, all we had to do to end it was take the other persons hand and squeeze it.. our sign for i love you. But once we had been together for about 5 months (yes, only 5 months, it doesnt stop the fact we loved eachother) things started to fall apart... he was getting more depressed, and so was i, but i had told the school about him, so he was getting help.. and i didnt know till after, everytime he went to therapy they tried to convince him to break up with me saying i was making him more depressed... and since he was getting more unstable he would snap at me more, causing me to get upset, depressed, and such... so i asked to take a break.. we'd still be together we would just act like only friends... we tried about 4 times, each only lasting until we saw eachother, we couldnt stay away, we were devastated that we were falling apart yet we had both been so hurt we couldnt stop it... and on March 5, 2011... he left me... walked out like every other person in my life ever has, and i thought.. i thought we could atleast be friends, could be civil.. or would realize we had made a mistake and taken eachother back right away, but none of that happened... he hated me, and the hate grew more and he loved me less everyday... he looked at me like he was disgusted, like he couldnt stand to look at me, and he walked past me in the hall like we had never met... not to mention the nasty texts i got in return wen saying something as simple as "hi how are you?" or telling him how sorry i was, that everything that happened with us was my fault entirely and not his, and even wen saying he was completly right i got nasty responses about how he hated me, and wished i had never been in his life, how the things he said about our future, the future we wanted, he never actually thought of, he never really wanted us to, or thought we would, last. But despite all the nasty things,like saying he didnt love me, i know deep down... he still cares. because he seems more depressed since he left. and wen he was little he was bullied so he likes to act tough, im not the only one he does it to.. but he's amazing... i dont know what to do about him... i love him

Definitely Adrian Peterson's. I think we all learned from history lesson in school how bad slavery was, and obviously Peterson didn't learn anything on that note. Whenever i'm trying to texting my friends, it says "Once your message box is full, you will not be able to send or receive messages until you delete some messages. Clean up now?" And I'm not stupid. I know how to delete conversations and stuff like that because i've had this phone for over a year now. It's just that when i look at all my messages there are about three messages in my whole inbox, but it still says that it's almost full. I have a memory card that has 2GB on it and I haven't even used 1GB yet. My phone has plenty of space on it, too. This has happened to me before, so my mom and I took it to the store and the lady said that she hasn't seen it before and that it didnt have any water damage... and because of our warranty thingy, I got a new one. It was fine for a few months, but now it's acting up again. I took the battery, my SIM card, and my memory card out and blew into the holes a couple of times incase anything was stuck in there. I am going to try to make this short as possible. I am an 18 year old high school female, soon to be a graduate later on this month. My mother ped away about 8 months ago, she was the only parent in our lives (sister, brother and myself.) She was a single parent the whole, my sister and brother have father, but aren't consistent and I have never met my father at all in my life, so to lose my mother was extremly devestating. :'( Anyway, so my older brother and his girlfriend who are 4-5 years old than me and also my younger sister who is 5 years younger than me chose to stay all together in the house. My sister's dad chose to accompany us for a while until things went sour between him and my older brother. So my sister and her father don't live with us anymore. My brother and his girlfriend recently gave birth to my nephew who is 3 months. Their relationship has a huge reputation for having terrible problems. It's been off and on, mainly because the lack of care my brother seems to have about anything besides himself. :( Well yesterday, they seperated for good and she no longer lives with us. This is because she found a GREAT job for my brother on Craigslist, got an interview, bought him clothes for the actual interview and he was hired about a couple days later. The job paid $2,000/month! Which was great. But, he quit his job after two days because he didn't like the fact that the job paid every 30 days and not every week or every other week. She chose to left because he only looked out for himself knowing we need help with bills, food and everything. Times have become really hard. I am looking for a job, but at the time I get survial soical security benefits from my mother's ping. I help pay a couple of bills and any food we need. Now, that she gone, I'm not sure what to do. My brother has depended on her for everything, but I feel like he going to be bottom feeding off of me... driving him places, pay for this, pay for that, clean (which he doesn't do any of that). I know the post is long but there is no shorter way of putting it. I think that a friend of mine is manipulating me. There have been a few incidents with him which i think proves my point. He pretends to be caring and for my own good. But i have also noticed that he can be very jealous if he sees me talking to or texting other guys. So, I had my period May 23rd. It lasted 5 days. I had unprotected on June 1st around 12:45PM. My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 months and this week we've been arguing A LOT. About many different things. My oregano tastes "sour"?

I have had an oregano plant and it has taken off nicely, however, i have found the leaves are rather sour or really tart. I really cannot tell because its definitely not how it should taste. When i first got the plants it was oregano, i checked, and it tasted like it. Ok so I have to admit, I don't always have the best behavior. But when I speak back to my mom, she usually just screams at me.
