Will the db jimmy smith make it to the second round of the draft...?

For the lions to pick up at 13? Some ysts say he's better than patrick Peterson but has bad attitude issues. Also do u think the lions will take him in round 1 or someone else? And will jimmy smith be a bust, cuz he looks like he could have a great future?
