A stupid argument! PLEASE HELP!?

so last night i was drinking way too much and i got on facebook. i decided i'd go look at my friend's page (who i love and he loves me but we're not together due to long distance) and i got pissed. y? because i saw that he was in a relationship with some other chick. he has done this to me before (lead me on and then ended up with another girl) so i decided i'd give him a piece of my mind. i cursed him out and we were fighting for about an hour, and i basically told him **** you and i hope you die and i'll never forgive you, and then he told he it was a joke and he did it because the girl has a stalker and he wanted him to leave her alone. but now he's blocked my number, deleted me off facebook, not responding my emails, and idk what to do. someone please help me.
