How do I get over my fear of rejection?

i'm with you on that totally paranoid but let me tell you the girls want there guy to make the first move THEY ARE PARANOID TO if you have to just blurt it out or get her alone even if she says no she'll be nice i've never found out someone said no from any of my friends just do it when girls really like someone they make flirting obvious it is there way of saying ask me out!!
